Shipping and Return Policy
At Lulík we want to ensure you have a seamless experience when ordering your unique, one-of-a-kind items. Here's a detailed overview of our return process and policy and what to expect after ordering.
Once your distinctive design is ordered, it enters our production queue and is printed onto the garment exclusively for you. Because we are making the product for you this takes longer than ordering a "ready made" "ready to ship" item online, and we ask for your understanding and patience before purchasing.
We want you to be happy and get an item that fits you and that you absolutely love, so if for any reason that doesn’t happen we offer a store credit for a replacement item with the exception of reversible tanks and fanny packs where all sales are final.
1. **Production and Shipping Timelines What to Expect**
We have several printing partners so your items may arrive in separate shipments.
Mainland US CUSTOMERS - HOODIES, TANKS, BUTTON UPS AND FANNY PACKS average 2 weeks to receive your item. Typically, your product will move through our US production within 7 business days depending on how many orders there are before yours. Occasionally a product may take longer (3 weeks) to receive. Please plan ahead and be patient, these are really cool threads and they take a little more time. We cannot guarantee production or shipping times. Non Mainland US Customers please allow 3-5 weeks delivery.
CLOAKS & JUMPSUITS are not yet available in our US facility and are shipping from overseas so please be extra patient if ordering these items and allow 2-4 weeks for US mainland customers. Choosing express shipping will speed up transit time for these specific items. EU customers are in the advantage with these items and will average closer to 2 weeks.
Occasionally, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances or high demand we are sorry these situations happen from time to time and are out of our control. We will post holiday ordering deadlines at the top banner of the website to advise customers during these more predictable busy times.
**Patience is required when ordering a unique item, we really appreciate you for being understanding and kind in this process. Each creation is made to order and the wait is part of the process that makes it uniquely yours. You will know when your garment has been printed as you will receive tracking info via email.
2. **Returns**
If you are displeased with your item for any reason and wish to initiate a return,
1. email our customer support team to notify us of the return within 2 weeks of receiving the item. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return to ash@lulikclothing.com
2. We accept returns on all unused items with the exception of reversible tanks and fanny packs. All returns must be shipped back to us within 2 weeks of customer receiving the item.
3. After we've received the returned item in original condition we will issue store credit to you via digital gift card minus the 20% restocking fee. Store credit will be for the original item price. ***Please note the 20% restocking fee applies to cover a small portion of production costs as items are made to order, customers are responsible for return shipping and item tracking. If return policy changes we will honor the prior policy under which you ordered, we want happy customers and really would like to offer returns if we can manage it sustainably as a non corporate small business.
3. * We back up our quality guarantee
As much as our printers are close to perfect In the event of a damaged, defective or misprinted item contact us within 3 days of receiving your item with clear photos, and we will ship you a replacement.
4. **Cancellation Policy:**
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before they enter production, cancellation is not guaranteed in the event the garment has already entered production.
6. Shipping
Please keep in mind production times when choosing your shipping method. These are references for working business days Mon- Fri not weekends or Holidays. Once your order has been packed you will receive a tracking number.
For orders under $150.00 we offer a flat rate of $10.00 for standard shipping, customers may upgrade to expedited shipping on item if available.

*** Lulík is not responsible for incorrect address data entry when purchasing and will not be able to assist in recovering products shipped to the wrong address this will need to be resolved by the customer and postal carrier.
